Privacy policy

Account data: name, email, verified mobile number, password (stored as a one-way hash), and preferred language.

Profile data: for buyers, buyer type, budget, experience and sectors of interest; for sellers, their relationship to the company.

Listing data: the company's legal and trade names, address, financial and descriptive information, official documents and data room files.

Usage data: messages on the platform, access requests and confidentiality agreement acceptances (with time and IP address), file download logs, and technical logs needed for security.

To run your account and verify identity, review listings, deliver requests and messages, send notifications relevant to you, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service in aggregate without identifying individuals.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

Your company's name, brand, address, documents and your personal details as a seller never appear in the public listing. Only our review team, and buyers whose request you approve after they accept the confidentiality agreement, can see them.

Your mobile number is never shown to other users unless you choose to share it in a conversation.

We use trusted service providers to run the platform: server hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp verification codes, and protection against automated attacks. They process data on our behalf and only as needed.

We may disclose data when required by a competent judicial or government authority under the law.

Connections to the site are encrypted. Documents are stored outside public paths and served only after an access check, with every download logged. Images are re-processed to strip metadata such as location. Admin access to conversations is recorded in an audit log.

We keep account data while the account is active. When you ask for deletion we delete or anonymise personal data within 30 days, keeping only what the law requires or what is needed to resolve disputes (such as confidentiality acceptance records), for no longer than necessary.

You may access and correct your data, ask for it to be deleted or its processing restricted, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You can edit most details from your profile page; for anything else, reach us through the Contact page.

We only use essential cookies for sign-in, remembering your language and protecting forms. We do not use advertising trackers.

We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes by email or a notice on the platform.
